YORK DEP/(I,O) Units are single package / split energy efficient high ambient air conditioner. All Models have single/dual refrigerant circuits for efficient part load operation. Units are indoor designed to protect against potential vandalism and weathering and to eliminate the need for any unsightly exterior equipment. A wide range of factory mounted options and field installed accessories make the units suitable for almost every application. YORK DEP/(I,O) units are designed to operate satisfactorily in wide range of ambient temperatures from 126°F (52°C) down to 50°F (10°C) as standard. YORK indoor packaged /split air conditioners are rated in accordance with T1.

All Standard Units Include

Powder paint finish that meets ASTM B 117, 750 hour salt spray standard
Single-stage cooling for 090 and 120 and two-stage cooling for 140 to 340 provided by single/dual independent refrigeration circuits with expansion valves, filter drier, high and low pressure switches and freezestats.
High efficiency hermetic scroll compressors
Side air discharge configuration.
Belt drive evaporator and condenser motors with variable pitch pulley.

Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) IP55 Evaporator and Condenser fan motors with Class F Insulation. Microprocessor based Simplicity TM control board.
Complete factory package-tested, charged and wired
Copper tubes / Aluminum fins coils.
1 inch disposable filter with easy access.
Rigging holes in base rails for overhead lifting.
Single point power connection.
Complete factory package-tested, charged and wired.

Options Available

Heresite Coated Evaporator and Condenser Coils (factory installed): Coating is applied by spray for maximum corrosion protection
Copper Tube and Copper Fin Evaporator Coil (factory installed)
Filter Options: Standard units are shipped, installed with 1” throw away filters. 1” washable aluminum filters are offered as a factory installed option.
Main Disconnect Switch (factory installed): Suitably sized in accordance with the applicable electrical codes.

BMS Controls: York’s DEP/(I,O) series units offer factory mounted BMS controls-consult your local sales office for details.
Smoke Detectors for supply air & return air (factory installed): The smoke detectors stop operation of the unit by interrupting power to the control board if smokes detected within the air compartment.
