YORK, a leading provider of integrated solutions that include HVAC equipment, fire and security systems, building management systems and controls, signed a collaboration agreement with Almajdiah Residence, a leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, at YORK’s manufacturing complex in King Abdullah Economic City in Jeddah. Signed by Khaled Almushare, Chief Marketing, Innovation & Information Officer, YORK, and Eng. Adel Alkharashi, Deputy CEO, Almajdiah Residence, in presence both companies’ Chairmans and CEOs, the agreement comprised offering YORK’s premier and innovative solutions to empower the smart and sustainable homes concept in the Kingdom.

YORK will kick start the collaboration with equipping the luxury apartments of Almajdiah Residence’s residential complex in Riyadh with modern air conditioning solutions. This agreement falls under both companies’ mutual efforts to contribute to Vision 2030 and transforming the Kingdom into a leading industrial power.

As part of the agreement, YORK will equip Almajdiah’s high-end projects with its high quality, energy-efficient, and carbon-free offerings to elevate their residents’ living experience. The company will also offer the Variable Refrigerant Flow VRF system, its latest Saudi made model that includes a single outdoor unit that can be connected to multiple indoor units of different types. This system allows for better building looks while maintaining the ability to control each unit separately.
