  • YORK STELLAR Air cooled condensing units are high efficiency units. All 90 to 120 have single refrigerant circuit. Although the units are primarily designed for roof top slab mounted at ground level or on steel platform installation above floor or roof. A wide range of factory mounted options and field installed accessories make the STELLAR units suitable for almost every application.
  • YORK STELLAR units are designed to operate satisfactorily in wide range of ambient temperatures from 131°F (55°C) down to 50°F (10°C) as standard.
  • YORK STELLAR Condensing units are rated in accordance with AHRI 365

All standard units include

  • Powder paint finish that meets ASTM B117, 750 hours salt spray standard
  • Single-stage cooling provided by single refrigerant circuit with filter driers, high and low pressure switches and freeze stats
  • High Efficient Scroll Compressors
  • Totally Enclosed Air Over (TEAO) IP55 Condenser fan motors with Class F insulation
  • Microprocessor based Simplicity TM control board
  • Microchannel Aluminum condenser coils
  • Rigging holes in base rails for overhead lifting
  • Single point power connection
  • 1 year limited warranty on the complete unit and additional 4 years warranty on compressors

Options Available

  • Disconnect Switch - For cooling units with electric heat, a HACR breaker sized to the unit is provided. For cooling only units, a switch sized to the largest electric heat available for the particular unit is provided. Factory installed option only
  • Phase Monitors - Designed to prevent unit damage. The phase monitor will shut the unit down in an out-of phase condition. (Standard on units with Scroll Compressors.)
  • Heresite Coated Condenser Coils (factory installed) - Coating is applied by spray for maximum corrosion protection on cupper tubes/Aluminum fins
