In line with its commitment towards supporting national initiatives to achieve sustainability in local food production, YORK, the leading provider of HVAC equipment in the Kingdom, continues its efforts to provide tailored industrial refrigeration solutions for the FMCG Industry, including production of meat, poultry, dairy products, juices, beverages, and others. It also provides design, building, and storage services for refrigerated storage centers, thus offering support and logistics services needed to further the Kingdom's position as a global logistics hub.

York recently signed a new partnership agreement with "SADAFCO", the Saudi dairy and food company, to elevate and expand economic collaboration between both parties in Jeddah and Dammam, covering dairy, ice cream, tomato paste and cheese production lines.

As part of this partnership, YORK will provide a cold store turnkey solution, including the refrigeration and air conditioning of factories and special facilities, after sales services, and readymade refrigeration storage solutions that include refrigeration systems and insulation panels, doors, and lighting. 

YORK’s new solutions provided for the “SADAFCO” ice cream business in Jeddah is a continuation of its development operations that took place in 2021, which included designing, supplying, and installation of the refrigeration and air conditioning system to increase its production capacity. As part of the expansion plans for the factory’s refrigeration system to help increase its production capacity and expand its lines of business. In line with the ice cream factory’s expansion plan, YORK has started providing its engineering consulting to design an efficient and reliable refrigeration system, and as a second phase, it will start supplying and installing an integrated refrigeration system that will support the supply and distribution chain warehouses in Mecca.
